i cannot login to the member centre. it says my password or username are incorrect, but I know they are correct. They are usually auto-filled by my browser, but I have double-checked them

I always have to retype my password (with the same letters) which Firefox routinely accepts and off we go. I remember another post somewhere with exactly the same experience. Does anyone else suffer like this?
