Phoning your support also tell me that the ticket is erroneous.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="stand-out"&gt;Also, I've received no communication from you in line with what I understood were the OFCOM rules designed to prevent slamming.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
