Feedback Impossible

I have a problem, I reported it, it was supposedly being fixed. An email came to give feedback - the link was not working so I couldn't respond. I signed in to my account and eventually found the section that said the query had been closed, straightaway almost. A box flashed up to ask for feedback - this time it was a blank, so still not able to give feedback. Though I don't have completely the same problem (connections timing out nearly every time) it is running very slow and the fact that I can't respond to give any feedback is infuriating. Why ask for it if a link can't be provided for me to do so???

Sorry to see this and understand why it was frustrating.

Would you be able to try opening the link in a different browser perhaps to see if the same thing happens?
