I activated this addon with this result : 1.tryed donloading 1GB test file on thinkbroadband with time 19 hours and 25 minutes. 2.streaming 30 minutes video with real time 5 hours. 3 tryed play online games-big lag,packet loose 70%(ps4 with static ip,port opened)..I looking for money back because this addon not worked or best way is cancel my connection without fees...Highly not recommended this poor provider.

Oldjim you will be happy with connection like no streaming, no downloading, no gaming?..20 years ago I had better connection with GPRS on mobile devices. Im really proud on plusnet and I paying for 80/20.

and also this addon recommended by advisor on chat..he said that my connection will improve..plusnet looking only for own profit thats all.

Are you on a ADSL or a FTTC connection ?

If its a FTTC the Add On will not make any difference

Not true - for users on Unlimuted packages, depending on the users pattern of usage it can make things worse - on both FTTC and ADSL.

God knows why it is still available for those on Unlimited!
