      <description>&lt;P&gt;My landline is out. unable to call Out or receive calls in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Phone the plusnet helpline they said check facebook and twitter. Did so. No updates on either.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Further investigation on plusnet web site ......... &amp;nbsp;Advised to check Status. Did so. plusnet page says that phone is working. I assure you that it is NOT!!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Tried o login to plusnets Help and support page .........&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H2&gt;Service Unavailable&lt;/H2&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My plusnet report card ...........&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Internet 8 out of 10&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Landline 0 out of 10 - MUST try harder or else will be put back a year or expelled!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>i assume your phone and internet are using the same line?&lt;BR /&gt;if yes then your line is OK otherwise you wouldn't have internet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;is your phone connected to the master socket? it not, try that and see what happens.&lt;BR /&gt;do you get a dial tone?&lt;BR /&gt;what happens when someone calls your number?&lt;BR /&gt;what happens when you try to call out?</description>
