Customer dissatisfaction is at an all time high - although the complaints all seem to be from 'new customers' - and there is no visibility of PN response to try and allay our fears.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;its only a matter of time before more and more customers jump ship from plusnet, Bt wrecked their company and now they are doing the same here. Like you guys said the staff here over the years have been great its a shame we dont see them as much anymore.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for bt taking over things............... just look at all the complaints in all services forums and feedback .... loads and loads of unhappy customers its shocking but i guess BT is used to all this so its not going to bother them in the slightest.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Would a daily running commentary really help if all they had to offer was "we are working on it"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would rather staff work on the issue than sit at a computer typing daily reports here.&lt;/P&gt;

I certainly missed some of Bob's most recent posts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PlusNet haven't been willing to put such posts into a separate status thread. I wondered whether Lithium provided a simple, automated way in which posts from nominated individuals on a particular thread could be copied into a separate thread - in this case something like "PlusNet on packet-loss". And, if it were possible, whether there would be support for doing so? This is, apparently, going to go on for another couple of weeks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
