I suggested that could a test be done without the internet which he replied it could. I asked would he reply&nbsp;instantly by email with the&nbsp;result as obviously the internet would be closed ending the chat. He did reply by email only to give a link back to online chat......which means I have another 1 hour wait till I can speak&nbsp;&nbsp;to someone else.
