surprised that it took the agent 30 minutes to work out there as an MSO.
surely that would be the first thing they would check.

I awoke this morning to find I had no internet 😕 so did normal things reset router, power off 10 mins , restart still nowt , checked log at 03.00 it lost connection ?
Nothing on PN service status , went to Chat agent was excellent after 30 mins of checks. He found out By had a MSO in my area .
Still nothing on PN ! But Zen web page says MSO 44028 .
If PN had updated service status I would not have wasted a chat agents time 😕

No Chenks ! He did exactly what I did first , check basic error first ! Reset router etc ,, then after it still not working check further , then he found MSO .
Simple fault check first

shouldn't take 30 minutes to do a simply fault check though.
if the agent had checked for an MSO then they would have saved 30 minutes.
no point doing a fault check if they know there is an MSO.
