Excellent service since joining 18 months ago. One recent problem with my phone was sorted out 100% satisfactorily. One thing that I would love to have is a small amount of web space for residential customers. B.T. used to do this and lost a lot of customers when they withdrew the service. It would be nice if residential customers could have a little bit of web hosting to be able to upload a small personal website.

Glad to hear everything has gone well.

We used to provide webspace for new customers however it wasn't used by most of the customer base so it wasn't really viable to keep offering it to new customers.

Thank you.

BT had a very large customer base as there was an online forum dedicated to residential customers that was always busy. Any web space would be used if people knew that it was offered. Even some web space with advertising for Plusnet would pay for having a service.

Many thanks
