Website down for 5 days ticket no responce

Question #130193739 I raised a ticket on the 25th as the website crewetown.co.uk hosted on plusnet was down as it had gone over bandwidth there has been no response to the ticket of any sort. You advertise good customer service I have had the account for 10 years and the response or lack of it is disgusting. Why or why do they take it down for an occasional going over the site is cut to the bone and very rare it goes over. It can go over for any reason behold control like people suddenly looking for pokomon which may be in the park or any other silly reason. As a customer of 10 years one would expect some tolerance on this matter
