I have just received the PN price increase email and was a bit surprised what it advertised

We Have BOOSTED our network ?? i am still on same network as before no change ? the new network i belive is work in progress , with no fixed time scales .

Support pages are better ?? we improved our support pages, Jess is still same ok some new videos But to me support pages are awefull hard to find what you need and takes you around in circles .

New and improved Comunity wow it still looks awefull, still bugs being found by non PN staff , Fixes for known bugs coming soon

And we’ve been hiring
We're really proud our customers are so happy with Plusnet that we lead the market in customer ^satisfaction but we’re not resting on our laurels.

Unfortunately PN has slipped a bit in customer satisfaction 4th highest complaints in recent survey

So PN you have a lot to work on , to come to the expectations of your Email
