Is online chat unavailable? I've been trying to use it for a number of days now but it always appears to be unavailable for me.

Plus - how do I raise a support ticket? It's not urgent so I'd prefer to not call.

I just checked and chat is available here.

If you have them, you may need to disable some security software in the browser - Ghostery, for example - as that can block the link to the chat software. Some people have also reported problems with AdBlock+ as well as Ghostery, but I don't find that.

We have asked PlusNet many, many times to put a message about this issue on the website where people trying to use chat can see it. As yet.......

That was it, thanks! It was uBlock Origin that was blocking Online Chat.

In Ghostery, unblock "Google Tag Manager" ... and "Live Person"... Then reload the page.

Of course, this info should be posted underneath the message that......Live Chat is unavailable, please go and do the washing up... ( Equal to Plusnet wording... Please try another option ):cheesy:
