6 month I pay for 80/20 and my speed is 20/2 with 135 ping. For online gaming is this ping just perfect.If I knowed I ll be never switched from SKY. ONLY SKY IS BEST PROVIDER IN UK.Perfect speed,no issue,excellent support.Not like Plusnet.Cheap and worste provider in uk.And support?... no comment.

Because my friend recommended me.He told me that is cheapest like sky and offer same services.But this was big mistake.I raised fault in february and plusnet still not fixed.Yesterday visited my house bt engineer and he told me that he can't fix this fault, that I need contacted plusnet.Tryed call to plusnet.I hold on line one hour and no reply.Tryed chated and show me 80 customer before me.This is unreal.Like I said bad support.

but as you said, sky was perfect, so don't understand how you could possibly be swayed by a friend to move away from a perfect ISP.

I understand that everybody cant be smart.I said that was big mistake.My fault.And this is feedback about plusnet not sky.I said that I paid for services what I not received.6 month plusnet tryed this fix but unsuccessfull.Ok chenks76?

@roberto2212 Sorry to hear you're having issues. I've tried to test your line but apparently your router is turned off?

Thank you plusnet for your heavy support.Already waited 2 weeks and no answer,no help,slow speed on broadband.Like I said...HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PROVIDER. Please guys dont buying PLUSNET BROADBAND.
