    <description>&lt;P&gt;At the moment it looks like there's a short wait for provisioning (Around 1 minute currently) and for faults (About 2 minutes currently)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking at the calls waiting here &lt;A href="http://portal.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=212" target="_blank"&gt;http://portal.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=212&lt;/A&gt; and for several days recently the calls are very much lower than usual&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming the figures are correct I wonder if there is any correlation with the weather (less rain and gales hence fewer problems) or is it possible that Chat is taking a lot of the potential load&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There likely is a correlation with the weather, although we have been seeing improvements over the last few months overall too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
