&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For security reasons, we retain a footprint on this sort of stuff, and I can assure you that your password has not been changed by an agent. However, I can see that it was changed about 15 minutes before the agent first looked at the account. Hopefully this clarifies things a bit.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have raised a security issue regarding plusnet staff .. !!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;why have plusnet not responded ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i spoke to 1&amp;nbsp; of your staff and had a disagreement and after that disagreement i could not log in as my password had been changed .???&lt;/P&gt;
