PlusNet Chat NOT AVAILABLE from 7.30

I've been trying to use CHAT since 7.40, when it's supposed to be available from 07.30.

Why aren't there sufficient staff on duty to provide service advertised?
I see it suddenly works @ 08.00 though.

They were probably inundated with calls about all the bugs in this forum software

Seems odd, we'll look into why it was showing as unavailable. Did you get the same problem on other days?

I'm guessing you have no ad-blocking software up and running?

No popup blocker. Lack of manpower is my guess, as it suddenly worked at 8am on Sunday.

There is someone there to take chats at 7:30 - I sit next to the team that was in office that morning. We can't vouch for why it said that noone was available, but I'll investigate for you.
