      <description>On Wed afternoon we returned home to find the overhead phone line lying on the ground across our entrance. &amp;nbsp;I contacted Plusnet at about 15-00 and they tested the line, confirmed the fault and said an Outreach engineer would be in touch. &amp;nbsp;The engineer attended at 16-10 and said that as the cable crossed the lane it would need 2 men to deal with the problem. &amp;nbsp;At 10-00 on Thursday the engineer was on site working on the problem. &amp;nbsp;By the time we returned home at 14-00 the line was back in place and the landline and computer back in working order. &amp;nbsp;We live in the heart of the countryside, up a long track and THAT'S WHAT I CALL GREAT SERVICE. &amp;nbsp;Thanks Plusnet.&lt;BR /&gt;adie:green split topic for better visibility]</description>
