Starting 3rd month, of 18 months (ADSL) contract. Unresolved issue remains.
Customer service has been poor (£9.99 discounts applied to my 1st, 2 bills).
Price of an early escape (£10.75 x 15) + £30 deactivation fee is deemed to be worth the peace-of-mind.
My mistake, ultimately, as I failed to undertake the usual research. Still not too old to live and learn!
Notice of termination (21st April), to be posted tomorrow.
