totalise email address / MAAF

Hi
A relative, who also has Plusnet broadband/phone, also had @totalise.co.uk email address.
I gather totalise was part of Mad As a Fish - acquired by Plusnet, and now closed.
Her email has now, recently, stopped working and I think she can't locate any info she was sent about changes, considering them probably a scam.
Is there any way to get her email address working again/get her email?
How can I help her?

Is it possible for me to get her email/address back, and if so what's the best approach to assist her?

I helped someone move form mad as a fish to plusnet, they also had an @totalise.co.uk email address which was transferred over as a justmail account at something like £1.69/month
As far as i know this still works
