    <description>I am fed up with plusnet they cannot get a renewal right I agreed a new contract and paid line rental in advance now my second bill is still wrong I am holding on the phone 27 minutes and counting at last spoke to a person called &lt;SPAN style="color:red;"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/SPAN&gt; he says he will &lt;BR /&gt;rectify everything and my next bill will show a refund and be at the agreed rates ha we will see, only 38 minutes that's good for this lot&lt;BR /&gt;mav:csa</description>
