      <description>I finally got a working line this afternoon&amp;nbsp; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@C99FFF55540079D701B20BB503070F3D/images/emoticons/cool.gif" alt="Cool" title="Cool" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Despite the problems, which were mostly down to OR and the usual tired infrastructure being pushed to its limit, I would like to thank Plusnet support, especially the folks monitoring this forum, for their help in sorting the issue out. I got a little ranty there towards the end but the PN folks were professional, courteous and helpful.</description>

      <description>Just to wrap this up, IP profile was prodded by [removed - forum rules] after the line, which probably had more joints than an Amsterdam coffee shop in it, was repaired. As promised, a quick reboot of the router 24 hours later and I'm up to expected throughput.
