Last night when live chat was closed the signs were there to advertise it, but today when it should be open there is nothing.
So now long delays on phone lines, no answers to tickets, nothing on mine about an engineers visit for over a week, mistakes sending out, or not as the case may be, routers and no way to contact without spending hours of my time listening to that dreadful awful music.

Chat is working fine, have you got an ad blocker running?

No worked fine yesterday evening, when it was closed!
Wonder if PN are selectively banning it's use to some people???

Pop-Up blocker is more likely to be the issue, rather than Ad Blocker.
