      <description>&lt;SPAN style="color:red;"&gt;Harry, &lt;/SPAN&gt;still await clarification re &lt;SPAN style="color:orange;"&gt;Anytime calls package &lt;/SPAN&gt;as per my comment on ticket.&lt;BR /&gt;Additionally no modified e mail from BT to say they are not discontinuing on 22/2 (copied on ticket) ;I don't want to be without &lt;BR /&gt;service from 22nd to 4th March obviously &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@0D61218B4C14ADFBC10BECD1C628E66A/images/emoticons/undecided.gif" alt="Undecided" title="Undecided" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully Provisioning have in hand with BT.</description>
