Just like to say well done for my smooth as silk upgrade from adsl (4meg) to fibre (80meg)
I had my fair share of problems on adsl but got on the forum and with the help and advice from everyone here it was always sorted in a few hours .
On the day of the upgrade the engineer was on time and quick and I'm now happily running a max 80/20 connection.
So well done plusnet

On Plusnet's part my transition was smooth, the only issue was Openreach sending out a contractor that didn't know what he was doing which left me with no service for 5 days waiting for an actual Openreach engineer to come out and do the job properly.
