      <description>is there an email contact address for account queries? I find the web site so awful, getting an answer to my question. Jess has a go, but at the end of the day its a robot. I need an answer on why my call plan has sneakily gone up from £2 to £3. No notice email, just sneak it out of my account. Its October, and it has just been noticed on the bill, but September is the same.&lt;BR /&gt;Are you allowed to change the deal without notice? Don`t seem fair to me, and if I do not get it back to £2, will look into leaving.
