      <title>New customer - £200 wasted today - not happy</title>

      <description>Hi guys, just thought I would share my first experience of Plusnet with you&lt;BR /&gt;I ordered my fibre broadband about 2 weeks ago and was emailed saying an engineer would be coming to my home today to fit my fibre internet between 8am - 1pm&lt;BR /&gt;As of 1pm the engineer had still not arrived so I decided to get in touch with customer services. After a 50 minute wait I was told that the email I received was in fact incorrect and there would be no engineer calling out as they have changed the way they do things!&lt;BR /&gt;I have lost a full days wages today to make sure I was at home for the engineer calling&lt;BR /&gt;I also booked my 3 dogs into kennels for the day to make sure they were not a problem for the engineer&lt;BR /&gt;All in all today has been a total waste of time and cost me around £200 in total&lt;BR /&gt;Not a good start !&lt;BR /&gt;New customers beware</description>

      <description>did you take the time off work as unpaid leave?&lt;BR /&gt;with regards to the kennel fees - well that's not something that anyone would every compensate you for. that was a decision you made.</description>
