Everywhere in your website, publicity, etc. you must recognise that speed is NOT measured in Mb; it is measured in Mbps or Mb/s because Mb means "megabit" which is a quantity of data.&lt;BR /&gt;This fact is implicitly acknowledged here (look for "Megabit"):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://portal.plus.net/support/customer_service/glossary.shtml#M" target="_blank"&gt;http://portal.plus.net/support/customer_service/glossary.shtml#M&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Everywhere, where a "speed" is stated as so many Mb, this must be changed to Mbps or Mb/s (megabits per second).&lt;BR /&gt;Shameful examples:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://portal.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/speed_tips.shtml" target="_blank"&gt;http://portal.plus.net/support/broadband/speed_guide/speed_tips.shtml&lt;/A&gt; (mentions "speed of 40Mb, ")&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://portal.plus.net/home-broadband/broadband-only/" target="_blank"&gt;https://portal.plus.net/home-broadband/broadband-only/&lt;/A&gt; states "Up to 17Mb download speed".
