    <description>To confirm that&lt;BR /&gt;The method of raising a fault ticket is so well hidden and as the other problem route via tickets has been totally emasculated so we are bound to get more problems posted here.</description>

      <description>Since Plusnet turned off the ticket system, reduced the phone support to unusable, and put a chat system in place that is almost never available, is it my imagination or has it co-incided with quite an increase in tech problems?&lt;BR /&gt;Everything from LONG dns outages requiring customer workarounds, to TV not working to router setup problems to the now two fairly widespread support and community outages and so on.&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe it's my imagination, and maybe no-one will tell me, but have their been management changes at Plusnet lately?</description>
