      <description>Hi @pint&lt;BR /&gt;I can understand how the email may have caused confusion but a justmail account is purely for for email alone. &lt;BR /&gt;If however they've had broadband/phone or broadband and phone from MAAF and transferred those to Plusnet that would be a separate account to this.</description>

      <description>Thanks for the reply - instead of sending that, an email with details of the justmail account would have been more appropriate ( and far easier to deal with) &lt;BR /&gt;with infomration on the webmail online address, smtp/pop3/imap servers and so on&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
