A big thank you to all the guys from Openreach for installing FTTP over the past week or so, today we had second installment and it went fine, only thing we waiting for is our speeds to be sorted which im told will happen at some point today as we only getting 6 meg down which should be upto 40.
As for the installing the guys all done a great job and were very friendly
Also thank you too plusnet for now sorting my speeds all seams to be improving

Lucky ~~you~~ parents!
I had OpenReach turn up yesterday to install a new phone line in preparation for an FTTC service. They were polite, liked my coffee and installed the line where requested. I did have to loan them a drill bit as the 2' 6" thick stone wall was too thick for their bits to breach, then they had to borrow a cable fish tool to pull-through the cable. I'd told the supplier in advance about the installation challenges, but it hadn't seeped through to the men on the ground.
