after six hours BT man left and didn't even install OpenReach Box! Just wired directly to your PlusNet box. Phones don't work now either.
FFS can't even get through to complain and YOU SEND A TEXT TO SAY WELCOME

FAIL I get 75p for referring a friend to a 'phone and Inet' f* up service that does this? Please ...?
