How Do I Submit a Help Request to Plusnet for Deeply Technical Question?

Hi Guys,
Can someone let me have the URL for where I submit a Question to Plusnet for them to comment on? The Help and Support web portal doesn't show me how to do this.
It's not covered by the FAQs and I need to talk to the 3rd or 4th Line Support guys

Hi Jim,
Thanks for coming back on this.
The question is regarding whether the Force 9 IMAP server 'imap.force9.net' has a TLS certificate on it? The Microsoft Outlook iOS app requires one to gain access - the set up fails. The question is here;

Is there a certificate and/or will be installed?
