    <description>I phoned support on Saturday and the phone rang once and was picked up !!!&lt;BR /&gt;My problem of disconnecting was diagnosed and everything has been fine since.&lt;BR /&gt;My problem was a&amp;nbsp; 'stale session on access rack'&lt;BR /&gt;Of course, I had guessed that was what it was&amp;nbsp; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@13ACAF1B4DB3038AD540E11CDD6AB984/images/emoticons/cheesy.gif" alt="Cheesy" title="Cheesy" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Well done support.</description>
