VMBU not working on bng gateways

I've suspected the correlation for some time but now I'm almost certain.
My VMBU has recently been working fine until yesterday when I changed gateway from an ag to a bng gateway. Since then no usage recorded.

I'm on pcl-bng04 and VMBU works fine.

I am on pcl-bgn02 & no data being shown for last 24 hours...
