I've just seen an advert on one of Plusnet's own web pages saying "with 24/7 UK based support"!

Perhaps Plusnet should be offering a 'Bounty' (prize, not chocolate bar) for anyone finding such errors since it could save much embarrassment (or even costs if someone claimed they relied on the incorrect advert to make a decision regarding choice of ISP), any Plusnet mugs or other goodies* lying around at HQ?

* Maybe a few months free broadband since that's often the price new customers pay anyway.
Oh, and maybe some cashback too (the cheque's in the post, honest).

or maybe they could just answer the phones, complete orders without cancelling them, and generally deal with support issues in a timely manner!!
