Webmail - time for a facelift?

I'm getting fed up with Webmail, and especially the need to type in an authentication code before I can send each email. I know it's only a small point, but it's so easy to make a mistake here, and it just slows the whole process down.
Are there any plans afoot to make Webmail a sleeker, smoother experience?

This only happens when your using Webmail from a non-UK IP address.

Yes, but the plans have been on hold for a considerable amount of time. I'm about to drop you a PM so keep an eye out for it...

It used to be any non-Plusnet IP address... has this changed?

I thought it was the latter initially, then this was gradually relaxed to be the former.
Not too certain though.

about 3 weeks ago it was fom any non Plusnet IP - such as Sky

Nice to see someone mention about a facelift for the webmail... As I have just started using it after 4 years due to being away from home quite a bit and need to read my mails... I too think it sooo boring and need spicing up a bit
