Is there Anybody In?

I have been trying to speak to a human being at PN all morning waiting on the phone for periods of 20 minutes at times. What is going on? This is very poor service.
I tried 'Jessie' who couldn't help. I did get some useful help from 'chat' but need to clarify a few points.
Can someone please phone me?
Could you also tell me what targets you set for answering calls from your customers.

We were told some time ago that the new centre in Leeds would solve the waiting problem. Fortunately I don't need to contact PN often but from my view it seems to have got worse.

I was waiting 40 minutes for the line to be answered yesterday and then it took a another 30 minutes before I got an answer when call transferred by first person.

@Preacherlady, that's totally unacceptable. Maybe someone from P will throw some light on this problem.
