      <description>But if you try to get an answer from Livechat, the chances are they will say, as they did to me, that's not an issue I can help you with, ring&amp;nbsp; 0800 432 0200 (i.e. customer services). So more wasted time and another long wait on hold.</description>

      <description>i dont have twitter or facebook i think more support needs to be directed at plusnet phone and website rather than twitter and facebook. I didnt sign upto those programs for my internet services!</description>
