It's been 30 hours so far. So much for the "average 4 hours and 48 minutes" to answer when I submitted it.<BR />As I've had before, Plus has failed to pick up on a change of IP profile and as a result I'm stuck with 2Mbps rather than the 4 or 4.5 that BT are reporting.&nbsp; Can someone please sort this out.
