Just had a call from BT to offer a better service and cheaper than Plusnet.
How can this be ?
Call center in UK with Plusnet..
Call center in India for BT.
No very happy with Plusnet.
Great service over the years I have been with Plusnet.

That's interesting information. Did the caller specifically mention PlusNET or did they ask you who supplies your service?
If THEY already knew who you are with, one wonders how they (BT Retail) obtained information which ought not to be visible outside of BTw/BTOR to third party ISP/CP providers.

No my wife picked up the call and she said we were happy with Plusnet.
So they did not say who we were with.
