Other than a minor glitch caused by BT OpenWound during my last house move every contact I've had with customer service has been excellent.<BR />I'm moving because I got an incredible deal with another ISP through someone who works there, it was just too good to pass up.<BR />So best wishes and thanks to all the hard working moderators and PN staff who frequent this forum.
