    <description>I'm just looking into this now.&lt;BR /&gt;[EDIT]&lt;BR /&gt;I can see there's a appointment booked for the 27th between 8am and 1pm. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused.</description>

      <title>Waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting..... no support</title>

      <description>I ordered phone and fibre 23/07.&amp;nbsp; Phone line was installed no problem on the 07/08.&lt;BR /&gt;I was supposed to then get an engineer to visit the following Thursday 13/08 who was a no show.&amp;nbsp; Called up to find out that this was known from the 11/08.&amp;nbsp; Two whole days before the scheduled appointment.&amp;nbsp; I even received email confirmation on the Thursday morning that an engineer was coming.&lt;BR /&gt;So not only am I not impressed with the lack of communication, by the way in the contract I am supposed to give 48 hours notice if I can't attend an appointment, surely this implies I am due the same courtesy?&amp;nbsp; Needless to say I complained to PN.&amp;nbsp; This has not been responded to since I submitted it to the support team on Thursday evening.&lt;BR /&gt;Secondly, I called two days ago to replace the (cancelled????) fibre order.&amp;nbsp; I was told I would receive a text message within 24-48 hours with an appointment date.&amp;nbsp; Yep, you guessed it... nada.&amp;nbsp; Granted there are still 3 hours to go until 48 hours has passed but given my recent experience I feel justified posting this now.&amp;nbsp; And isn't that indicative of PN so called support team and promoted customer service that I have to resort to s community forum to try and get some sort of response and action??&amp;nbsp; Also, why is it I have to go through the effort and gruelling task of call times and hassle of emails and now forums to get my order sorted?&amp;nbsp; As a new customer I am not impressed, something wrong with your marketing approach methinks......&lt;BR /&gt;Please, all I want is an internet connection, is that too much to ask??&amp;nbsp; Coming up to 4 weeks since I actually placed my order.&amp;nbsp; Can someone please actually respond, let me see some action!</description>
