      <description>Not a good start for a new customer I'm afraid to say.&lt;BR /&gt;Ordered phone and unlimited fibre extra at beginning of July only to be informed&amp;nbsp; that the order was cancelled, due to an admin error. Replaced order and waited until last week before engineer turns up and just sticks a phone line in and off he goes&lt;BR /&gt;After me doing some chasing up I discover that the fibre was cancelled yet again, due to another cock-up. Losing patience already.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
