I have been with PlusNet for quite a few years, (in fact the ISP was Softnet I think), even in the days when to achieve 1Mbps download speed you thought it was great. Since the increase in speeds up and download I can only comment that I would not be with any other Internet Service Provider. Help and customer care are second to none. Thank you PlusNet. I am now waiting for the 25th pm when I will be switched over to Fibre
