Every month I receive a multitude of emails reminding me, cajoling me to pay.<BR />Every month I diligently pay my bill at the correct time of the month. More emails arrive.<BR />I have a Metronet account. For some reason the Plusnet system does not recognize my payment.<BR />Each month I receive more emails threatening to disconnect my.&nbsp; Then my service is disconnected. Each month I have to call<BR />Metronet/Plusnet to rectify matters. <BR />How long will this state of affairs continue?<BR />I never receive an apology from the staff. Why? Why? Why?<BR />It is not my fault.
