No Email or Chat?

I have had a question that I would like to put to Plusnet regarding my cancellation however it appears that my account in the members centre has now been deleted/disabled so I am unable to ask a question.
The online chat never seems to be working for me and I can find no trace of a customer service email address anywhere.
Apologies if it is me missing something very obvious but it seems very difficult to communicate with you unless I am prepared to call you.

There is no customer service email as they use a ticket based system like a lot of companies.
You may have to call or you could write to them, but expect an even longer wait for a letter I imagine
