Ok so I get it when OlusNet call a user an EU, that means End User. What do they mean when they refer to you as an AU?

thanks OldJim Authorised User would be right, I just wondered if it meant Angry User like we used to type at work. I was going to get very upset if they had called me angry. Throughout my issue with the lack of a phone and broadband service (phone being the crucial one for my disabled dad)
http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,140926.0.html

and all communications with Plus Net I have remained calm and polite. I really don't know how I managed though LOL.
they are a shocking shower overall.
