Why do Plusnet call you an AU?

Ok so I get it when OlusNet call a user an EU, that means End User. What do they mean when they refer to you as an AU?

thanks OldJim Authorised User would be right, I just wondered if it meant Angry User like we used to type at work. I was going to get very upset if they had called me angry. Throughout my issue with the lack of a phone and broadband service (phone being the crucial one for my disabled dad)

they are a shocking shower overall.

Can anyone guess what a POU is???
Let's just say I am one still and Plus Net are doing (in the words of Paul Daniels) "not a lot" to fix it.
