WTH is chat not available, I don't have time to be sitting in queues all day, been trying now for a few days, just getting not available messages..
Some fucking replacement for the Ticket System ay!
How else would you like to fuck me Plusnet!

You can get straight on it now. I was on it just gone 9:00am this morning as well without any delay.

Yep I can confirm its working now though the icon is missing from support pages...
Also a waste of time as they still require me to call... so need to book a day off to sit on hold now!

ironically the chat window doesn't allow for chat regarding a house move
so here I go, 'estimated wait time is 45 minutes' !
