      <description>This one will have been neither, purely internal and inside our ticketing system. It was provoked from contact into our customer support centre. &lt;BR /&gt;@monabri - I'm sorry for the poor experience that you've had. Feel free to fill it out, and say what you think. The reason we send these out via automation is so that we can gauge the people who have had a poor experience, as well as those who have had a positive one. &lt;BR /&gt;Matty</description>
