Hi everyone , recently joined Plusnet . Had a few problems at the start with a faulty router, the fantastic tec guys at Plusnet sorted it and sent me a replacement router , delighted with Plusnet , product, package I got and especially customer service are fantastic , so glad I made the switch from one of the big companies .....

Hi welcome to the forum. I have found if you follow the requests from PN for testing etc they are very good at sorting problems. I had one back in '09 and it did take 2 months to sort but I haven't looked back since.
